Anyone tried sending funds via PayNow from Singapore to Malaysia?

Total nightmare for me!
I used Maybank Singapore to send funds into my own duitnow account (linked to TnG) via PayNow (Overseas).
Got the transaction slip and all. Amount was deducted but not received on the other end. And, it's been 4 days now. ><

Maybank said funds went through successfully and advised to call TnG. TnG said to contact Maybank. TnG call support is non-existent so the only support I got was via emails.

Who should I contact to get the bottom of this? BNM? MAS?

Any idea? Thanks
