Installed the app recently and found the whole app slow, but it is better now.

Will try some 8% cashback and see how it goes.

So you're referring to the usage of DuitNow QR not DuitNow?

Anyone have problem transfer from RHB to other bank using FPX?

I want to place FD with Non-RHB bank (example bank H). The FD need to transfer fund from other non-H bank using FPX. My fund is in RHB and more then 10k(example 50k in total).

I noticed that my RHB mobile banking app (the latest version) is unable to pop out the Security Sign message to allow me to acknowledge the FPX transfer. Thus, I have to instant transfer in few times and each time cannot more than 10K so the transfer will not have to use the Secure Sign.

May I know do you face the same problem?

I recently Transferred an amount using an instant transfer from bank Islam to Maybank using DuitNow. Even though the bank Islam statement and the balance shows that they deducted the amount, it wasn't credited to the recipient's account. Since I am non-Malaysian I registered with my passport. Now When I try to call their call center they ask the IC no first and It says invalid. Also Currently I am outside of Malaysia and the money was for my tuition fee.
Any Idea what should I do now?

not sure if this can help,...

you performed Duitnow from Bank Islam to Maybank...
Bank Islam statement shown transaction done.
Maybank statement shown money not credited.

did you actually confirmed the statement from Maybank?
just how reliable was the receiver of the money (in Maybank)?

was the details in Maybank a/c updated and tally?

this is what i got from friends that used to buy fish from internet...
he will use his phone to record video of the whole process of transferring money to seller's a/c (shooting directly at the screen of the ATM)
he will send the video to the sellers for confirmation.....

i asked him why?...he said he does not know how honest/reliable is the receiver of that money...

if the receiver of your money is a reliable source,...try contact Maybank by showing them the proof of discrepancy between Bank Islam and Maybank
you can call them or write email with attached proof details to them if unsuccessful..

good luck

CIMB says instant funds transfers on banking website temporarily disabled

CIMB users will not be able to instantly transfer funds through its website for an indeterminate period, due to issues caused by unusually high site traffic.

“We apologise to our customers for the interruption to the IBFT/Instant Transfer service on CIMB Clicks. Due to the unusually high traffic that we are currently experiencing, we have temporarily disabled the IBFT/Instant Transfer function,” CIMB said in a statement to LifestyleTech.

IBFT refers to Instant Bank Funds Transfer, which enables an immediate transfer of funds between different banks, as opposed to Inter Bank Giro (IBG) which can take up to several working days to complete a transaction.

According to its maintenance page, the service would be down “until further notice”.
