so i guess to transfer a bigger amount, it's either 'cheaper slower cheque' or 'instant more expensive RENTAS?'

QUOTE(MNet @ Aug 31 2017, 12:58 PM) they need to make profit to make a living Did Malaysians see a sudden increase of 80% of their salary too ?cost cannot be go down and at the same time u want ur salary to increase year by year QUOTE(galaxynote259 @ Aug 31 2017, 02:02 PM) so i guess to transfer a bigger amount, it's either 'cheaper slower cheque' or 'instant more expensive RENTAS?' The bank is the one determining the maximum amount you can transfer through OTC IBG. For instance, RHB Bank imposes a maximum limit of RM100k per OTC IBG request. If you want to transfer more than RM100k through OTC IBG, then you will have to do multiple IBG. However for Public Bank, there isn't a maximum limit imposed for OTC IBG. Previously I was told it was RM1 million maximum but my last visit to Public Bank I was told there isn't a maximum limit anymore. As for Maybank, I do not know if there was a maximum limit imposed for OTC IBG. But an acquaintance of mine was able to do an OTC IBG at Maybank for more than RM200k. However as the amount was over RM200k she had fill a form to satisfy BNM's request on exchange control. This post has been edited by MilesAndMore: Aug 31 2017, 02:10 PM |

QUOTE(MNet @ Aug 31 2017, 02:18 PM) do u think company no need to pay for rental, dividend to shareholder, utilities bill? Are the banks in Malaysia not reporting profit ? Is there a profit warning at Maybank recently ? A sudden increase of RENTAS fee of 80% is unreasonable. With more and more things shifted to online and electronically, the cost is actually going down. It is even more unreasonable when you see the cost of online IBG has gone down from RM2/transfer to only RM0.10/transfer before GST in recent years. Not only online IBG has become cheaper over the years, they have also cut down on the time to process each transfer too. It says a lot about the real cost of money wire in Malaysia.all profit will be pay as salary increment to u? |

Hi guys,
I am looking for a saving account for free IBG & IBFT (best if they offer free instant transfer), online banking and e-statement only without the need for cash withdrawal or debit card etc. I am also not interested if there is annual fee or debit card fee for the account. I googled and browsed through lowyat and found that there's this Standard Chartered JustOne account, but I am not sure if I am missing out any other products from other banks. Currently I have AmBank True Accounts. Thanks! |

Others - UOB until end of this year - Hong Leong until end of the year also. QUOTE(joey2000 @ Sep 7 2017, 11:25 AM) That account now lousy already. |

QUOTE(Ramjade @ Sep 7 2017, 12:54 PM) That's nice.. But from the terms and conditions on Stan Chart website, it is stated you need to deposit min RM1500 monthly for the personal account. Or is there another type of JustOne account? If only need to keep RM2, that would be great haha.. This post has been edited by isAb3lle: Sep 7 2017, 03:31 PM |

QUOTE(Ramjade @ Sep 7 2017, 03:34 PM) RM1500 is so that you enjoy free any atm withdrawal anywhere. If you want free IBG/IBFT (not free for limited time), this account is the best. Not sure if I will get the free atm withdrawals but who cares with Maybank, Cimb atm all over the place. After all with atm card, I kena charge RM8+/year. Right now my this account is cardless. Ah, I see. So the RM1500 is not the requirement to get free IBG/IBFT! Great, I should get that account then This post has been edited by isAb3lle: Sep 7 2017, 04:39 PM |
