It's hard to decide. By the way when is it coming to our shores?
Asus suppliers said that it'll be here in 2 weeks time.
I hope white is available.

But it seems as though most of the people here thinks that the DV6 is better than N45/N55.
How so? In terms of what? Money? Performance?

If budget wise, its N45SF/N55SF Core i5 wins, its cheaper and you get similar performance GPU, the Core i7 won't affect much in gaming wise.

price ratio wise, as quoted by arslow, DV6 with blu ray,i7,6770m,750gb is rm3149, and can be extended warranty to 3 years with RM1xx-2xx, is pretty much a good deal..

Although the i7 affects rendering by a whole lot....right?
So it all comes down to the Core.
Darn notebooks making me having a hard time to choose properly.

Really? Oh man I didn't know that.
Say for example...I get the N45, and upgraded it to 8GB RAM.
Would that be ALMOST the same as me using a i7 Core with 4GB RAM?
Or is it that i5 and i7 are in totally different leagues that RAM matters little to nothing?

Ah....because I was checking the CPU benchmarks and
i5-2410M - 3300 score
i7-2630QM - 6300 score
It seems as though it's pretty far apart (to me that is)

Base on Cinebench, the extra cores on i7 did improve rendering speed quite much with multi-core support. hmm.gif
