Dont worry. I dint pay thing yet to him. Sure if he like this again, i will change SA. He not let me know also the chassis now, later i see the car if like that. I will reject the car. I pay but he show his bad service like this.

My Recommendation:
1. Complain to the management.
2. If the management don't do anything about it and you haven't sign any papers change SC.
3. Find a better SC that is willing to serve you once you walk in.
4. Note even if you have changed SC you have to see their working quality, the way they serve you, the way they follow up your car. Make sure they do what you request. My SA was able to get me the latest chassis number without defects. Just like how I requested. rclxm9.gif

On a slight slope, for example the driveway leading towards the car porch, the car slides backwards a bit when one releases the brake pedal to press the acc pedal. Same goes for reversing up a slight slope, in this case, car moves slightly forward. What adjustment need to be done here?

Ok, thanks very much your recommendation. Then I will see what he will later and complain for that.
Now he told me the car came, monday he will let me know the chassis number and everything.

So when I checking the car, am I can test it? So to confirm the car no ngek ngek sound. A bit worry for that.

That's normal I think. Happens to my wira also whenever I release my brake pedal (even when I put my car to park and pull my handbrake the car still rubber-band a bit).

ken: Not sure how messy if you try to deal with a SA from penang but I can give u his contact if ur really desperate...

Among the proton accesories that came with the car, there's one which is something like a cup holder...what is it har?

I realized i need to buy another thing. plastic hooks to put behind the head rest! for hanging food! Just now I went to the market with my car to tapao stuff...realized got nowhere to hang rclxub.gif

The brake sound is normal, cause it happen to all car i think. But before some people facing ngek ngek sound when pass through a bump?
So anything you test before you get your car?
actually he don't know business, he want call bank ask to use my phone, ask together jpj to take number keep telling me need add money, I drive him there and pay him how.
haiz.. nevermind la.. I sabar 1 more time. If he still make me angry, I will change SA and dont let him earn even 1 sen from me. at least give some good service, for my opinion.

Yeah for those in sales, service is utmost priority. Anyone knows that.

For me no ngek ngek sound, but there's a deep sound when i go through roads at high speed. I think this one is the road sound due to poor sound insulation as I notice this in the test drive unit as well.

I tested whatever that's in pip's check list. I also asked the SA to move about at the back to test the reverse sensor, and drove it around the showroom (the showrrom is also the proton car depot for penang island, so got one huge space for car biggrin.gif. Try turn full left and right, reverse, brake etc.

In the manual they mention service brake, service brake = foot brake?'

Its best if you can find a SA that also knows about techincal things in cars. But sadly most SA are not...they are more towards the selling the car.

If all experience it then I take it as it is.
The auto Myvi was the same but I didn't experience it when I tried Avanza. Hence I thought there might be an adjustment that can stabilise that. I am just thinking, with the forward transmission engaged and the engine running, then the car will be at stationary in the worst case scenario and pressing the acc will drive it forward without the slight backward movement. Is this some kind of shift delay or is it because without significant petrol being fed to the engine, there isn't enough torque applied that the wheels cannot overcome gravity pulling down the car along the slope? Compared this to engaging the car to a 'D' transmission on a flat road, the car move forward without pressing the acc pedal. Hence I think on a slope it succumb to the challenge of gravity and perhaps this requires the right adjustment? I am not sure.

Perhaps that's why they come out with brake assist.

basically we just have 4 speakers located at the door, they are lousy speakers..poadster say it's like paper cone, you have to ask the ICE king poadster on how to
improve yours without incurring high cost, his car now can really "boom boom" wink.gif

Have you paid any deposit or downpayment? If you did then susah a bit to change SA. My suggestion is go and talk to the boss in this case.

Snowfish: u see the Kenny's post, he showed pics the paper cone speakers.... you can get bass from these, only if you ON VAPS... but dont expect to get BOOM BOOM bass.... for that you have to change component speakers + subwoofer + amp....

Oh ya, the cup like thingy is actually a cigarette ash holder... ashtray lo... brows.gif brows.gif
