I myself prefer a screenshot with the screen on time. With ninphetamine and juicedefender, I can go 4+ hours at 100% battery level. Doesn't really mean a thing if you ask me. The rock in my pocket also has as much battery charge 24 hours after I put it in there compared to when I picked it up from the roadside.

Really guys, battery life is only really a problem if:

1) You're a heavy user.
2) You don't have some sort of battery extension (power pack, battery case, extended battery, spare battery).
3) You choose NOT to optimise usage.

And usually, 1 will result in solving problem 2 and 3.

That said, I used green power before and switched back to JD because the extensive options.

@DestEx: Hang out in the audiophile section for some low cost suggestions, but SkullCandies are generally only ok if you want the look.

anyone knows whether the gorilla glass contain a coating of UV blocking filters since i've read in wiki that prolonged exposure to UV light will damage the oled. Anyone heard of it?

Yeah, that's the problem with the stock browser. If you care much on privacy, before ending your browsing session. Open up a new windows (tab) which definitely load default home page. Then close the first windows (tab) before pressing the home button. The browser will suspend after a while after pressing the home button but for me the privacy is the most important thing. Do not want someone else oppps my last browsing session wink.gif

It is noted that nearly all of us M'sian had been using Nokia / Symbian phone atleast once in our lifetime. But nokia failure to keep up with technology especially in their OS made ppl slowly start to migrate to other brand / OS.
You will notice a lot off migration came right after nokia biggest epic failure in history - N97 :-(
well i'm one of those suffering from Nokia's two most epic failure in smart phones: N78 and N97. N97 is the worst, the only thing that i feel kesihan for throwing it aside inside the drawer is its 32gb internal storage. if only i could take out the 32gb and exchange wif SGSII's 16gb.... lol

stock browser reli is a pain in arse. dun have exit option, only can keep on press back, back, back and back @@

I read that Intratech and sileshn advise not to download it coz it will maje your phone FC and overheating.

Whilst this has been released by Samsung for Chinese
devices I would not advise people outside of China not to
use this firmware as it seems really buggy. I' m currently
considering whether or not to make it available to flash via
Odin.

I didn' t flash using odin. I created a flashable update. I saw
someone post that removing boot.bin from the tar file
results in successful flashing using Odin ( i have not tried ).
I dont recommend flashing this. The phone is running
superhot with random reboots. I am flashing back to my
stock KF3 .

Congratz for your SECOND succesfull exchange :-)
Like i said before, you should take your time and check your new phone condition first before you take it home. Quite a few cases of defect comes from the screen.
No need to get gray wallpaper. You can do a scrern test by using dialler code *#0*#  :-P
*
like i said before.. using *#0#* is hardly notice the yellowish tint...
get the gray color wallpaper is more noticeable...

Now can I just upgrade its stock firmware to this one using odin?

Is the procedure same like upgrade to lite.ning rom?
Will this wipe clesn the s2?
