Hi, what if while in the middle of flashing stock firmware via Odin, suddenly electricity cut out for my PC, what can I do to recover the phone?

Okay try this. Later when electric is up,
1. Go in recovery, wipe everything, cache and dalvik
2. Select turn off phone
3. Go into download mode again, reflash.

Alternatively, you could just try to reflash and see how it goes. If goes into bootloop, just wipe and flash back.

Hello fellow users! Finally got the phone from Digi at lunch time.

Digi offers 12 mth & 24 mths contract - RM1599 & RM1399 respectively.

I'm new to smartphone & does not have any tied up with telco. So Digi is a good option to me - no extra charges & i can get discount. I got the 1 yr contract = RM500 discount which i can used for the casing & other accesories... Not a bad deal.

i would've gone more mean but yeah i'll go slow since you are new. huh! i would've enjoy screwing you more though.

then y i can't play Asphalt 6? is it the software prob or ROM problem related?== i am using stock rom

No worries.

You got to into recovery mode and download mode.

1. Go recovery mood (volume up, home button and power all at same time) <---- only when phone is off
2. Do the wiping, use volume button to scroll

Download mode
Volume down, home button and power button all at same time when the phone is off.

There you go...

the same happen to me, papago only able to lock when clear sky. Google map lock inside my house, car and faster

I think I found the problem... not phone related. Tested today somewhere else with 3G and it was working smoothly.

where you buy your papago? I heard when buy not original silk have problem to lock gps signal

That is Clockworkmod recovery ; depending on what rom you flash , most probably it comes with it. Or you can flash it separately - few popular ones - Chainfire, Speedmod, Ninphetamine etc . If tou don't know what is recoveryt - read page 1 post#5. You should read this page 1 before doing any flashing to avoid problems/or get stuck

What rom were you trying to flash. If is incomplete , ebven with it build inside the rom, most probably is unsuccessfully installed. Your best solution is to reflash the rom again using Odin. Put tour phone to download mode ( Vol down+home+ power) and use Odin to flash

Ahhh.., just came back from the shop where i bought the phone. Ask why i still got NO msg from Samsung about my ewarranty and why my warranty card blank without imei sticker and shop stamp.
The boss said nothing to worry about. Sometimes Samsung didn't bother to send back the comfirmation msg. He said if anything happen, just send the phone to Service Centre. They have all the phone particular already. In case they they still reject then the boss said i can bring the phone to the shop so they can send it to Service Centre on my behalf.
There better be no problem otherwise i'll burn down the shop..!! :-P
