Hello people, i would like to inquire getting a card for a female frined who has been working for a while. She is looking for:
1. Petrol rebates, preferably Petronas but she does not mind going for other stations for better rebates 2. Groceries, preferably hypermarkets like Tesco, Giant, Mydin, Carefour 3. She has a gross income of RM3200, net of RM2800. 4. Great credit record Oh before you guys ask, I work in the property mortgage center, and I do not know too much about my own bank's credit card offerings |

1. Annual Income: RM60K to RM100K
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: No 3. Card required for: Cash Back/Rebate Some Overseas Transactions (backup), some PayPal (backup) No need AirMiles No need LCCT Lounge Access No need Plat if Gold is good enough 4. Existing credit cards if any: Maybankard2 Amex + Visa Plat SCB Just One Master Ti SCB Business Visa Plat (for free cash, going to cancel in 4 months) Public Bank Esso Mobil Visa Gold (petrol only) 6. Others: Used to be my SCB JustOne Ti is my primary card and Amex is secondary. Now JustOne rendered useless, so looking for a temporary replacement (or permanent if SCB new benefits are not good) to be my primary/secondary card. Normal uses: buying stuff, some restaurants (probably 2-3 times a month), some groceries (less), paying bills (if MBB2 Amex not accepted), no movies (maybe twice a year), no petrol (PBB card exclusively for that), some online spending. Eyeing the OCBC Titanium but the cashback by categories is really a headache, hard to keep track. Would consider it if it's really the next best card. Prefer easy-to-remember cashbacks like MBB2 Amex and SCB JO Ti. Any card which offers instant cash rebate now like SCB? Thanks! |

Parents currently have Citibank Cash Back & Citibank Premier Miles.
Paying TNB bill of 30,000 each month on the Citibank Premier Miles card - claim want to collect free air tickets but so far didn't use any. Was wondering if sifus here can advise what card currently gives the best rewards/returns on such a payment. |

With SCB Ti, for example, I keep track of 1 category: ALL. With OCBC Ti, it's 4 categories: UTILITIES, GROCERIES, DINING, PETROL. |

If you want less hassle, refer to OCBC Titanium, up to RM50 per month. |
