hi all. i looked through lyn property forum for i&p alam impian and found out this is the most active thread. im interested in buying n stay in alam impian but don't have the bullet to buy sub-sales or maybe the 'ehem-ehem' a bit on the higher price new launches. any idea when will developer launch in the future for a 22x75 or maybe 20x60 size houses. i believe i&p alam impian really have to focus on developing smaller sizes house rather that superlinks. lol

You can visit I&P AI showroom. The last time i saw 22x75 units will be launched in 2013. Not certain about the price. Hopefully in the range of 600k or even higher by next year

Too bad for you, I think I&P remaining launches consist of (smallest size) at least 22'x80' (Precinct 1).
Precinct 2 - left 24' x 80' and 25' x 85'
Precinct 3 - left 24' x 80', 26' x 85' & 28 x 80'

All Superlink size, this is the piece of market segment which has shortage in supply, the future appreciation (%) is definitely greater than the ordinary size i.e 20'x70 and 22'x75'.
May be you can wait for IJM Bandar Rimbayu (Canal City). IJM offers 22'x75' size, leasehold and less strategic compared to AI. Price shd be around 600K+-
