I dont think can compare to Pentas 1 due to Pentas 2 and 3 price increased a lot.

I dont think DA is at a better location than AI. DA sold well because of the price. That price is comparable to Pentas 1. Pentas 1 sold out within 3 hours. Serissa attracted more people because Pentas 3 is considered expensive already.
