Alam Sari has launched their latest super link 26x80 called Iltizam III. Price starting from RM662,888. What do you guys think? Worth to buy?

Alam Sari is another development by I&P but in Bangi/Kajang area. It is located right behind UKM. You can check out their website, and see the overall development plan. Currently they are still in early stage, since they started in 2007, if I'm not mistaken. The whole development should take about 10 to 12 years.

Yeah, there is another thread specifically on Alam Sari, and I also posed my original question in there. So sorry for asking question on Alam Sari in here.

Anyway, no DIBS, but developer is offering free SPA and free MOT. Also, developer will put security guard for the first year after completion.
