As according to the SA, sales for 2011 already achieved, they will focus on 2012 onwards

Anyone knows the master plan of Alam Impian?

- any news about the setup of shopping mall/hypermarket nearby Alam Impian? (I saw one Carrefour but not sure if thats all...)

- any plan of township development nearby?

- MRT/LRT extension?

Market really slow now.

I just viewed Alam Impian (Canting 2) last weekend, and I must say that I totally LOVED IT. Houses are not too 'cramped' together, and the houses are definitely very huge!

I also went to TTDI Alam Impian but the model that I saw was not so impressive (having toilet in the living room just a few step from the main entrance @@)

@Mk2kland: Those figure that you mentioned are for which phase? Is it Pentas?

Mk2k is one of the owner in pentas 2. As such, the figures are reflecting pentas 2.

The SA always said havent sold out coz they didnt advertise in newspaper. But i tot they run mad about homes to promote their houses but sales didnt move much also. With ads also i think it wont help much. With current economy situation, everyone is keeping their bullet for next year hard ride. Maybe good nice show room will tempt more buyer.

Aiya... As I told u before, they already hit the 2011 target sales and now they goyang kaki and wait 2012 start cheong... You can see from their face those sales bring to 2012 better still.

do hope this statement is true and they manage to improve thier sales in year 2012
