They (AIRA) Open Registration for those Own/Stay in Alam Impian ONLY.
Existing Members came from Owner of Tinta, Nukilan 1 and Canting 1.
Sooner Nukilan 2, Canting 2 and Canting 3
Later - Arca, Ukiran, Pentas 1, Pentas 2 etc...

Note : Some of the issue is Gated & Guarded Community, Security, Membership etc

Pentas 2 sales drop back to 79 units... sign of correction?
I say yes, a little bit. Sub sale market is pretty slow now, enquiry drop 50%. It's time to take a rest to celebrate Christmas & Chinese New Year!

the remaining unsold 22units are mainly corner or end units? if yes, then 80% sales results is not a surprise to me.
