a) Aggers injury prone
b) Carras gettin on
c) Skrtyels not so great- cant win headers!
d) Sotos a backup- disaster waitng
e) Carra/Skrts a pairing waitng ofr disaster

We need a CB in the mould of Agger/Hansen type.....

we need a pair of CB like the time of Henchoz + Hyppia + a younger Carra

tats the best CB and mind u a tough tackling MF like Hamman can help to protect the back4 too

Basically, what you are saying is a defender who can score goals and defend. Sammi Hypia is the best we had in these 2 aspects for the last decade. But for me, we need to address the left back position more than a CB right now.

I might be wrong but we'll see from tonight's and the Valencia game when more of those first team players has come in.

The other thing that most Liverpool fans are regretting is the number first team player availability for pre season. We did not have the luxury that Man Utd, Chelsea and Man City are having with most of their stars available. Now we are only left with 2 games for the new signings and our main stars to gel together. Let's hope this will be adequate..

Like i said,it is more important to free up the wage bill.Cole cost us 5million sign on fee.We are not making any profit.Just recouping some of the money spent.

Jova was allowed free to go, his huge wage was the reason he still with us, I dont think we can get anything from him. The same goes to Cole, his huge wage was the reason other BPL club cant afford him. We need to be realistic, getting rid of them without futher burden to our wage bill is more than enough. Getting transfer fee (if any) will be a bonus

well, "hopefully" he could put in decent performances in crucial games to pay back his enormous wage. (cough)

the most compose and elegant as you get.

Samis another legend. Wasnt fast but a great reader of the game. And good at headers!
