to the Ex-man U fans,

Welcome to Loving Liverpool Fc, (even if its been years the switchover allegiance tongue.gif ).

what you guys have done is ballsy, you guys are more 'Legend' then the clueless dude who attended a wrong training session, given the article about why Kopnites love Liverpool even after the elusive EPL after 2 decades! Its about passion & not measured by arrogance of lustier silverware in recent times.

many of the older liv fans may be brought up by the success of the earlier Liverpool years but we became better fans, knowing the rich history, the passion & we stood by the team even in the 'hard times' as the theme goes "You'll Never Walk Alone". this is brotherhood. cool2.gif

No one paid attention to what happened before the "hero" was asked to remove his kit eh?
Our detractors (manU fans la) will 'conveniently' muda lupa. all they want is the end bit to justify their brainless disparages of lfc fans there.

Many still wont accept that the 'XXXXXlegend' as he is called in FB, that he's just a prick who has nothing but to show up at A Liverpool training session to goad. did anyone see shrek in the stadium No, did manu have a session thereafter, No. wtf is he attending something that he has no bloody business. hmm.gif worse still, he was jumping around like a goading hyena & yet we are painted as the hooligans.

i'm pretty sure even if this video is tagged to his 'fan page' of their "innocent" guy, it will be removed by their FB moderator

Being arrogant I get but being delusional? Till today you get people defending what the numbnut did during our training session despite video evidence. Darn, sounds a little like someone after the BERSIH rally eh? So then, what about the video I posted earlier on Man Utd fans giving a Liverpool fan stick when they played in Bukit Jalil? What if the said Liverpool fan had started kissing his jersey while doing silly dance? Hypocrites. Arguing with someone who suffers from an inability to compute logic can lead to high blood pressure.
*
hhaaha, i stayed off bantering with some Manu fans in my FB. (to which some even blogged something not nice), I know it will never & I won't stomp to their level (I really try)

Many have a very narrow mindset & won't entertain any evidence (at all) to the dispute. Even to the suggestion to asking the shrek wannabe 'legend' dude to lodge a police report!! blink.gif ...see

arrogance or blind faith? something we are all well aware off.

The saddest thing is major local newspaper have broadly potrayed him as the innocent sheep, & its really unfortunate the latest video of him jumping like a goading hyena just prior to the first group of liverpool fans noticing his antics is probably a vain attempt. That malaysians fans will unfortunately & forever be label as thugs, etched forever manu fans mindset

kun kun aguero, i told my cousin off. he was pulling of some sites of forums suggesting we allegedly have tabled for him/the other being M.$ity. (only for him to agree on personal terms)

we have been linked with him aeons ago, (rafa), but really we are liverpool & i've seen; we arent delusional our kitty isn't as humogous as manu, chelsea, mcity.

which goes back to how important the 'new' stadium in mid to long term is to LFc, match day at Bukit Jalil was twice the capacity to Anfield!! repeat that the whole season, we can really compete big time.

Our season's purchases so far on paper looks staggering a lot, but in truth, yes thankfully to fenway. I don't forsee us cant going several seasons on buying binge without CL & some massive ROI for our new owners.

now back to the 'loose' but no credible links to weather we could afford kun agüero. doesn't make sense. the supporting players in only suggest to support carrol & a variation to what we been successul with the format rafa perfected us but never successful to mid-to-bottom table team.

Cheer up bro.. If you did watch the live streaming, you would have notice that how understrength the team was at Istanbul last night..
On positive note, Aqulani had some good touches and passes in the 2nd half. He almost scored also..
*
i think aqualani 'wants' to remain in Liverpool, its just that probably KD cannot guarentee constants starts given our now overcrowded midfield, unlike last season. Mind you, aqulani needs more games to be in contention to be in Italy's coming preliminary group games.

playing in Italy, offers him that. (i heard Fiorentina deal went down as couldn't get into an agreement on some personal terms) < hurray.

based on a few friendlies, carroll doesnt look like he wants to play for liverpool  sad.gif

he knows the enourmous expectations of lfc fans. we are a patient lot (given he's was out from injury when he joined us) just hope he doesnt turn out a 'heskey'. with due respect to heskey, he does well in games but scoring goals isnt his forte.

we need at least a 15-20 goals a season (all competition) type of striker. as the moment there is potential in the squad but none have indicated they will sparkled ahead this season. (bar suarez who have yet to play a minute pre season in LFc colors)

carroll, he's a big man. he won't be classy type like our ex no9 nor gifted around the 6 yards like rush or fowler, traditionally big man strikers aren't quite renowed playing for liverpool, as in living to the role that they are suppose to be in.

I sure carroll will come good in games where aerial height bombartment to some opposing teams is needed. cool2.gif (fingers crossed)

as for joe cole...reserve my comment , till the season begins.

Jova was allowed free to go, his huge wage was the reason he still with us, I dont think we can get anything from him. The same goes to Cole, his huge wage was the reason other BPL club cant afford him. We need to be realistic, getting rid of them without futher burden to our wage bill is more than enough. Getting transfer fee (if any) will be a bonus
*
well, "hopefully" he could put in decent performances in crucial games to pay back his enormous wage. (cough)
knowing there is little hope at all for any other BPL to take him, hey maybe the gunners might want him?? tongue.gif
(little wonder chelsea, was happy to offload him for free, like as if he was a cursed player).

damn aquilani linked with Milan with 8m deal? pls stay aquaaaaaaa

LINK: Apparently there is some truth of Aquilani imminent return to italy

QUOTE
“When you speak of such a negotiation, there is always an element of truth,” Zavaglia told ilsussidiario.net. “Galliani is now in China for the Italian Super Cup, but I expect to talk to him when he comes back to Milan. I think an agreement could be reached for a figure around €10million.

“Aquilani is still tied to a three-year contract with Liverpool and before his eventual departure we will talk with the leadership of Liverpool. It seems clear to me that the player doesn’t fall into the technical plans of the coach, so the suggestion of his departure is concrete.”

i wish we had 2 pronged strategy in our coming EPL games. one with CA (the little more 'british' way) direct path= pump aerial bombarment with carrol, left or right & the 'euro' style, patient n slower with Aquilani plottin the way. or it seems maybe not, in which too i hope its not the agent's arm twisting tactic to ensure Aqualani starts more games, i guess fans will have to leave it to KD to knows whats best for LFc. In KD I trust to lead Lfc.

€10million only? he's worth a lot more then that!!

I get the feeling Aquilani is not the socialble type (get along with mates), keeps more to himself?? (been claimed by british (bodoh) media as a fascist sympathizer!!) sad.gif sad.gif You know how the british public outcry on non allied political allegiance.

I do feel that Aquilani doesn't mix well with the local lads. It's a pity for him that's he is unable to fully performs during his time with us. At least he's attracting top Serie A clubs thus doing himself and LFC a favour (our CM is really too pack right now).

QUOTE
Aquilani has looked like Liverpool's best CM on his rare pre-season outings. Seems like King Kenny is going to ditch proven technical quality and persist with the blatantly inferior Henderson and Adam just because he signed them and doesn't want to look bad. He'd rather have a bad team of players he brought in than a better team of players brought in by others.

i think & in my hope, is not the case (of Henderson and Adam), sure they are not in Aquilani league in terms of match play (both aren't even international regulars yet!)

I hope the agent needs to quit 'talking'. Most Lfc fans love 'Aquilani' & only in this preseason we get to see the real 'Aquilani' that rafa had ordered then injured from roma, only to be sidelined by roy roy for in trying to rid of all rafa's men when possible.

with Gerrard all injured till months into the league start (& a time before he can even get back into match fitness) we need aquilani's guidance as I'm sure manu, chelsea, mancity, aresenal, spurs will be firing all cylinders on the go. we can't be lrft too far behind (given our less then impressive preseason of new recruits showing they have the armada to unlock team & defend well)

Fergie will relish such a 'strong' character in barton.(barton a scot? welsh?)

Old red nose is been known to leashed tempestuous characters & had success too, cantona (disruptive to leeds hence they offload him like hot potato to manu), keane (enuff been said), amongst others abiet lesser; ronaldo, shrek..etc. They all succeed at Manu mainly because they are key personnel.

Not to sure if barton can or could be similar success here at Lfc if the same anology is applied as he might be strong player but just maybe tactically isnt as talented to say aqualani, gerrard.. & if sitting at the bench too long.....he might just agitate others to kill boredom tongue.gif (he, barton has been to jail for conviction of affray before if i'm not mistaken)

no? barton could be a good addition?, maybe to people like carrol can identify better (team mates at newcastle)?? yeah, carrol too was seen frolicking (a dude manner??) with the devil shrek?? sad.gif (i know it's nothing but just who' who you choose bum into on holidays)

Now is post torres LFc, I'll like to thank him the fond memories, we wished he could have stayed while the storm lashed on LFc, unlike us football on the top is a short career, during that time with so much uncertainty he felt he had to move on.

Which is why I like gerrard on the sacrifice he did. Maybe some of you guys might not understand n liken to make a trival jokes (it's like of us Had the opportunity to move on to better work prospects but some stayed in the shaky unstable company)

we have passed the big storm, but still there are huddles ahead to climb back to where we were best known! You have to give credit to Manu on having knocking us off, but now it's our time to knock the greezer devil, and it takes us fans to be in support to the club n manager.

QUOTE(all blacks @ Aug 9 2011, 03:37 PM)
Plz keep in mind tat both Stevie n Aqua are fragile n same goes to Raul.. So we can always shuffle among them.. Nvr seen 60 - 80K player seating on the bench, juz c Man C, 250K wil b seating on the bench... Mayb tats the secret of success, sometime if u juz look at Man U bench they can easily come up to 100 million but tat doesn't mean they need to sell... Its also quality on the bench matters, to come n chg the game last minute n I think Raul is brilliant in doing tat..
*
agree,

for once let us have quality players on the bench too. Manu, chelsea, arsenal (for gunners its was when they were winning things) have the cream not just first 11 but an above average bench players. (even manu constantly had 4 very capable strikers!)

This season preseason games have shown who are ready to be off the blocks blazing & we must not be puffing to play catch up.

once we sorted ourselves back to contention into europe, we should having even better players fancying a move here. our youth squad are shaping well (still in need a steeley maturity before they can bed into the main lfc squad)

I think in the long run, the new recruits will pick up.

Granted if we started the likes or aqua, meireles, kuyt, lucas,... we might have taken the game (& maybe all 3 points) but it will leave the new recruits harder to blend in. Probably KD felt Sunderland itself offers the typical 'english' opposition (experience) for the new recruits.

It's early season, n by the look of things, all teams put a strong line up (little to no injuries).

The good thing is we scored n looked that we can score, treatening the opposition at times, mix the play a bit, maybe a few tinkering at the back, n for improvement in the 2nd half.

Far better than to have to struggled n end up goaless /no creativity to break the opposition down

Wow, amazed at how Barton single handedly made two players serve 3 matches ban. No wonder people keep calling him badboy barton. Arrogant, act like a prick, nonetheless a good footballer.

i think barton provokes with taunting, verbal jibes. i dont watch his games i'm not sure but have experience playing with players like these. it does get into your nerve & sometimes it leads to free for all.

it was a 'luck' 3 points. (i'll still take it regardless how it was claimed).

Against a team thats quite depleted (sorry arsenal but almost every feels the is the weakest arsenal in years, granted the injuries n lack of personel)

I'm not so critical of KD's tactics on the starting lineup with carroll leading which on a hindsight using carroll first meant a at your toes arsenal, then shifting tactics (aided by the red card) to overun arsenal.

I hope aqualani stays, there are still much more games ahead & against the other big guns, his vision is valuable.

On why the insistance on more english players first? perhaps just perhaps there is some truth our spaniard gaffer felt about... (shrug) whistling.gif

Disclaimer: no hard evidence on their exact pay, just speculation which normally is almost there.
I concur. Even if we view both Cole and aqualani on level terms at the begining of preseason, Cole hasn't done much to impress:(

bellamy+carroll...i cant wait when they play golf together! biggrin.gif
*
craig bellamy = no nonsense player, never blessed with the great skill but i think commitment is top notch on-field.

i cannot comment his off field behaviour, hard to read. don't know what really happen with him & john arne riise (golf club incident). maybe the kaeoke riise may have offended craig (but that doesnt give craig the right to take the reported issue with a club...which i suppose then saw craigs out the door)

but it doesn't make sense. the shock bid. "if" a choise between craig & barton, i'll pick craig. still i not sure the bid is real. unless of course KD wants some sort of check within the engine room with bellamy type of character.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The way the games/players selection has been going (so far), KD is sticking to his english buys > over seemingly better creative midfielder (aqualani) hmm.gif

I don't think its about the fear of aqualani has glass legs but like is said it could very much be being an italian, he might keep to himself (introvert), not getting aquatinted well with the other team mates (probably not to KD's pricipal of togetherness?)

but i believe its more on the wages..

QUOTE
th UEFA's financial fair play (FFP) rules at the forefront of the club's consciousness, Dalglish and director of football Damien Comolli must also maintain control of the club's wage bill – and Aquilani's salary in excess of €100,000-a-week (£80,000) makes him one of the highest-paid players on Merseyside.

“Aquilani is a talented player but as far as we are concerned he does not fit into the project at the club,” an Anfield source told Goal.com. “It's going to be a busy transfer window, with at least four or five players coming in, and issues concerning transfer budget, squad size and wages all come into it – especially with FFP about to come into play.”

bah, i still think cole should be offloaded too, if thats the case.
