u can see most people queuing up at the maybank one...

there might be ATM machines in the SMR (student hostel)..im not sure abt that...

Also , there are quite a lot of ATM machines in Sunway University ( CIMB etc)....

worst case scenario ..u can walk to Sunway Pyramid

find an education agent that has ties with Monash

Applying thru agent is free+ they waive the application fee

AUG waived my application fee when i applied..most education agents do so as long they have agreement with the uni

For a Malaysian, you're not considered as late application if you apply before 24 Jan.
http://www.monash.edu.my/study/apply/intak...s/2014-february
Yea I've already applied. I did AUSMAT for pre u. Therefore, I needed to get at least 59 in English(ELD) to satisfy the English requirement.
Just ask monash counsellor on what's your passing mark for English if you have done it in your foundation. Or else you have to sit for IELTS.

Guys i applied for Monash engineering to be exact but got rejected. Ended up getting a " SINGLE UNIT ENROLLMENT"

May i know what is it?
From what i ask it seems to be like a "conditional offer" to enter Monash and if you fail the first sem you're done for

Oh and if i take this "SUE" thingy will i be slower (course duration) than those who got accepted into the degree program, how bout the fees are they the same?

The passing marks for FIA is 65. But i only got 57, so which means most probably i will get rejected and i have to sit for IELTS right?

I plan to register at Monash University for only one subject as to get the exemption for one of the professional accounting bodies.
Does Monash University accept students who enrol for only one subject?

If thats the case. You will definitely have to either sit IELTS or TOEFL to meet the english requirement.
One of the Monash counsellors even recommended my friend to sit for Pearson English Test since it takes only 5 days to receive the results compare to IELTS(15days).

You can apply for Monash prior sitting for these english test, as I recalled correctly, in the application form, you have to state when will you be sitting for those English test.

means you are only eligible to take 1 unit for that semester out of a maximum 4. you only pay fees for one unit. and yes, you will be slower than the normal degree programs.
