QUOTE(skyzzable @ Jan 18 2014, 03:25 PM) Thank you. But is it too late for me to apply? What about the english entry requirement? You already applied? For a Malaysian, you're not considered as late application if you apply before 24 Jan. http://www.monash.edu.my/study/apply/intak...s/2014-februaryYea I've already applied. I did AUSMAT for pre u. Therefore, I needed to get at least 59 in English(ELD) to satisfy the English requirement. Just ask monash counsellor on what's your passing mark for English if you have done it in your foundation. Or else you have to sit for IELTS.

QUOTE(skyzzable @ Jan 22 2014, 04:05 PM) The passing marks for FIA is 65. But i only got 57, so which means most probably i will get rejected and i have to sit for IELTS right? If thats the case. You will definitely have to either sit IELTS or TOEFL to meet the english requirement. One of the Monash counsellors even recommended my friend to sit for Pearson English Test since it takes only 5 days to receive the results compare to IELTS(15days). You can apply for Monash prior sitting for these english test, as I recalled correctly, in the application form, you have to state when will you be sitting for those English test.

Hey! I'm starting my first year in Business and Commerce this coming intake. I would like to ask seniors on whats the difference between the units Business Statistics and the unit Business and economic statistics? Whats the difference? Which unit is better and helpful as I planned to major in Accounting and Economics. Also, which is easier to score as I plan on achieving the requirement for Monash Scholarship (85% average) And overall hows the Business and Commerce? Any tips for first year students like me? Thanks
