400psf or beyond is highly possible with the following scenarios:
1. improvement of ktm services
2. decent build and quality
3. decent facilities and maintenance
4. most importantly is closing down of the cement plant

since dolomite is gonna be pricing circa 400psf, this should be similiar lor.

and just collected the i-pads too.

Just did a trial run from station to amara. Only 5 minutes average walking . Not even at fast pace mode. Progress wise nothing to shout about lah. And the condos further in is looking very good. Congrats to pai and cutealex whom i believe bought some.

personally think that amara is closer to the ktm station. although location wise, it could have been better without the cement packaging plant.
so 400psf should be there about for future pricing?

so delivery due date for us should be Aug 2014?
how about the others?

imho, Aug 2014 is quite comfortable for developer to deliver the product. after all this is quite low, right? about 19 floors only?
