u need to call developer or lawyer firm de......last time i got call developer and they say hvn received my snp from lawyer lo.....haha.....

just receive it a letter informed that i can collect my SnP in Amara sales office..
in the letter, it did mentioned that i will not entittle for free gift if i do not colloect SnP within 30 days but hor...my dateline to collect SnP is 24 August, and the letter send out is 7 September and i receive the letter is 8 October... let's dun talk about the date i received the letter, just the letter sent out and due date, it is just impossible, just wondering has anyone same case as me?? |

can support high rise buiding??? seem like 200x200 mm size RC pile... my company using it for Drainage only lo..... haiz....takut lo..... |

U all referring to those square piles lying on the ground ? Those are for supporting the beams of the foundation ie secondary role. The most important piles are those big round ones (called spun piles), these support the main structure ie column of building. Maybe if got construction fellas here can explain more ..

square pile normally used for landed residential and sometimes in school project..this is a high rise project, of course using spun pile or bored pile..dun worry lorrrr...impossible they use square pile..

It looks like building in limestone area needs experienced workers & more skills than just hammering the pile in. Anyway, with another high-rise already in progress in the same area i don't feel so worried. Last time looked around the the multi-storey low cost apartment beside & don't have any cracks ahaha.. |
