Hi there...yes...price for the house itself is affordable...but maintenance is around rm 0.28 per sqft.. block A seems to have less noise... btw... i'm staying in block A.

i guess this condo price will appreciate soon - government is rectifying the environment surrounding batu caves - Today's sinchew newspaper published.

hopefully owners can choose tenants carefully so that the condo will be taken good care.

Do you mind sharing the news here? I have been contacting a few agents and all told me this area is not good for investment, the crime rate is high and the maintenance is poor.

Can I get some advice from Amara owners here?

which agents? i saw few fliers frm agents saying something like "we have buyer want to buy your house" on occupied house grill when visiting there.

Hi all..

I'm interested to know more about this property. Plan to buy for own stay.
How about the safety? Safe enough for family to stay?
Got safety guards? need access card to enter?
Safe enough to walk to komuter station?
How the traffic in & out during 7-8am & 6-7pm?
Looks like no rapidkl bus service there, am I right? Where the nearest bus stop?
How is the parking? Easy to access, in & out? parking area safety? well lit?
Actually how many blocks are there?
Which block has the nicest view? hill view? klcc view?
IINM cement mill & temple are quite near, dust / sound pollution bearable?
How about the building maintenance service? Lift ok?

Sorry for too many question.. hee..
Yeah, some questions already answered.. just want to know the current situation.
Hope you guys/gals that are current residence have time to answer.

I'm an owner here. I get many calls and sms from agents practically every fortnight asking if my unit is available for rent/sale. Therefore there is demand. I think this unit is a good buy especially if you purchase direct from developer and the location is good, freehold, 2/3 car parks and walking distance to Komuter. The guards are quite strict, which is good. Good convenience stores at the ground floor and it's quite cooling. There is nothing much to complain for the price. It's a good, value for money package. I'm happy.
