Unlucky for us.. Astro will only be fixed on 23rd. Enjoy the internet for now..

I guess we wouldnt really know for sure if its polluted. I dont really hve any problem with dust or anything in my house.. But the thickness of grey dust (cement like) in parking get me a bit puzzled. Should be too worry thou.. Since the particle may be too heavy to travel to higher floors. Just.. Maybe..

Yup. Same here. Better leave sensitive issue as it is. Its not like our life is at stakes either.

I am interested with Amara since it is under my budget
after survey around .. many agents told that many units having defect problems .. especially piping leaking problem ..

can anyone share is it true?

and one more thing .. how much is the maintenance fees? 0.30 per sqft?
how's the maintenance quality?

0.25 per sqft maintenance. depends on your luck, it is still under defect liability, you can always ask the developer to fix it

Hi guys, it seems that there's a few residents of Amara active in this forum.

wanted to know, which block/view has the least noise from the temple songs? Don't mind the train sounds tho. Also what is the maintenance/management quality here?

Also safety concerns me as well. That area isn't known to be a very safe area, a few pages back there was a mention of a robbery in one of the blocks right.

I've heard from a property agent friend that the build quality is not very desirable, but it fits the budget and location. Eyeing the 800sf+ units for own stay. The prices range from 290-350k for a unit of the same size on iProperty. What is the difference? Car parks?

Also how do you guys deal with the jam/road closure during thaipusam season?
