hi all,
im new here. i just bought Amara one unit. i want to ask is the RM500 disbursement fees is one part of the loan agreement fees? i had financed my loan agreement fees, so do i need to seperately pay lawyer RM500 cash? |

Just signed my letter offer from RHB Bank n S&P with TAK yesterday.Bought one unit Amara Block B 857sf at 270k.So my next step is just waiting for the LA aite? >.<

QUOTE who oldy paid loan agreement legal fee to TnC. pls get the proforma invoice for the break down. refer to the invoice, the lawyer charge us 100% of the scale fee ; refer to Solicitors' remuneration order 2005, under 3rd schedule no.C, the lawyer should charge us 70% of the scale fee. which mean the lawyer had overcharged us 30%. So basically if he gave you a "discount" which was not really a discount because he did not follow the SRO (which only allows him to bill you 70% of the scaled fees). dear all, do must get the invoice break down or call note of charge. then we can appeal for refund together.
