Hi kochin,
I derived that one from RM 360k/1011sf. I thought the psf is coming from that i.e. Price before the discount. Thanks for pointing out the error

car park in china is selling avg rm150k per bay. yes, you read correctly. some goes to as high as 40% of the property price. the highest price for car park in china is about rm300k+. read up on the star on sunday issue.
anyway, amara car park was quoted by them at rm30k.

manage to take few photo as i pass by the site... site investigation still on progress... and I predict piling work to start in 2 - 3 weeks time... expect substructure work to complete before new year... noticed, actual site & sales office quite a distance...
