R you sure your unit is 360k?? that is about 360 PSF ... before this was about ~250PSF (I am not sure the exact figure) ... A lot of people will be very happy when seeing your purchase price brows.gif

a week after launching price increase rm60/sqft thumbup.gif . and average price for unit at block A are slightly higher compare to others lo....

Am i being charge over the market value? Purchase price 360 K - 10 % discount = 324 K @ 1011 psf / RM356 psf . icon_question.gif icon_question.gif cry.gif cry.gif

Hi kochin,

I derived that one from RM 360k/1011sf. I thought the psf is coming from that i.e. Price before the discount. Thanks for pointing out the error

car park in china is selling avg rm150k per bay. yes, you read correctly. some goes to as high as 40% of the property price. the highest price for car park in china is about rm300k+.
read up on the star on sunday issue.

anyway, amara car park was quoted by them at rm30k.

TAK price shud be around 4k+ cos u need pay 100 stamp duty since this is your 2nd prop...

TAK Alice quoated me after discount is rm4500. she said my one is Alliance bank so the fees charged is higher. got such thing?

my loan amount is 252k and this is my second property. apply Alliance bank. what rate should i get? pls help...

my first property is still under construction...

if not mistake, all charging should be the same, just you not able to enjoy 50% discount on stamping fee only.

site investigation still on progress...
and I predict piling work to start in 2 - 3 weeks time...

expect substructure work to complete before new year...

noticed, actual site & sales office quite a distance... sweat.gif
