Just signed my letter offer from RHB Bank n S&P with TAK yesterday.Bought one unit Amara Block B 857sf at 270k.So my next step is just waiting for the LA aite? >.<

I also dunno n I just try my luck becos RHB offer me BLR -2.35 while CIMB -2.1 only for the same loan amount so byebye CIMB ^,^

Unluckily I finance my legal fee becos RHB only can loan me 81% so I've to pay another 6% after 10% bumi discount+4% for non DIBS

oh I tot my unit RM315 psf is expensive.lol. btw my unit is on the 13th floor intermediate =)

TAK said can give max 30% becos it's my 1st house+bla bla bla(I can't remember) but is it true we only can know the amount upon signing the loan agreement?

"Amara purchaser, pls b informed that the 2nd progressive billing will be due very soon, kindly settle the differential sum RM10,800 soonest to prevent any delay in your bank loan release/to avoid any late payment interest. TQ Kim Realty"
I called the number n ask for black n white becos nowadays banyak kaki tipu but he said too late to send letter to purchaser n ask me to go direct to Jaya Megah office next to Eastin Hotel PJ next Wednesday =(

rcvd letter from Jaya Megah too n payment due date 26/3.This is my first time buying property so anyone can help me how much do i need to pay before the due date?

bank loan 85%
bumi etc discount 10%
booking 1%
so do i need to pay another 4% b4 the due date?

paid RM510 today bcos i ady prepared the banker's cheque few days ago but the staff said the actual amount is only RM330 n they will refund the balance later..mad.gif
