Review for CGUE:

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Pros:
1. Massive wings make it look much larger than it really is.
2. Pretty solid. For an old HG 1/144, the joints feel much tighter than its same-time counterparts.
3. The ankles surprisingly has an impressive range of motion to allow the CGUE to stand with its legs wide apart.
4. Very awesome-looking sword, even if it comes moulded in a single colour.

Cons:
1. Ok, it's an old kit so articulation is bound to be poor by today's standards - fixed neck, non-tilting torso, no swivelling shoulders, 90-degree elbows, non-movable monoeye. Palms are useless for grasping weapons with an open handle.
2. It suffers the same proportion issue as with other HG CE kits, i.e. short stubby legs. A 3mm extension at the thighs will do wonders.
3. Very fragile gatling gun. Instead of a single piece, they designed the gatling barrel as two pieces. The connection between the two wobbles a lot due to the thin male connector and will appear crooked with the slightest force. Glue it instead. Oh yeah, it also looks puny although to be fair, it's supposed to fire 20mm calibre rounds.
4. Very back heavy. Will pose better in the air with a stand.

Conclusion:
As you can tell from the short review, this is a pretty standard CE kit with nothing breathtaking, but no major flaws either. The question for CGUE-lovers is which one to buy? For me, the Xist's red shade is too overwhelming even for someone who loves red mechas; hence the normal version is a better choice.

The Deep Arms should be the best choice as it is taller, has two massive cannons, beam sword, ZAFT logo sticker, larger backpack, nicer looking legs, and still comes with the original gatling plus rifle (the gatling will look ugly without the shield as there'll be exposed connectors on the side). It is 300 yen dearer but definitely worth it. Damn, should've gotten that one.

There's no "level" in UC.

Most of the non-Gundam prototypes produced by Titans have performance stats that exceed the MKII; in fact the MKII is actually a prototype which later turned into a grunt suit - Barzam, where the latter outperformed the former.

this i couldnt deny.. as a non-newtype pilot that use Ball can even pawn a Zaku biggrin.gif
same goes to Acguy that can pawn Gundam Ground Type's head although later turn out lose

for non UC, it is Flag Setsuna's custom(oh wait, he is an Innovator)

this is the Delta Gundam:

http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/MSN-001_Delta_Gundam

Delta Plus is a mass production prototype based on it. Just like Zeta plus is mass prod prototype based on Zeta.

Added on July 31, 2011, 11:46 amPlease do not make the mistake of comparing UC suits to 00 suits...lol

Delta Gundam doesnt exist psychically same with GP04G Gerbera Gundam(Zeon have illegal access Gerbera Gundam's data in Evolve)
Delta Plus and Delta Gundam is different mobile suit right? it like comparing AEUG and TITANS RX-178 based on color
