QUOTE(coolcrave @ Jul 30 2011, 11:55 PM) That looks fine It's hard to tell. when i stuck in in the freezer it went back to normal too and then came back after it warm back up. I kept it in a humidity-free cupboard to prevent condensation.I used one of the sucking pads that is used to hold gps/phone on the car windscreen n gave it a little pull. The issue is that the screen is touching the LCD panel - hence pulling the screen fixes it.. although at first it seem to come back after a few minutes. I simply pulled a bit harder shook it abit n left it hanging for a while =.=" I know it sounds weird as hell but it seems to fix it.. for now... It's actually not that bad right, if this is only visible during off........Just don't look at it when it's off I used one of the sucking pads that is used to hold gps/phone on the car windscreen n gave it a little pull. QUOTE(marc79 @ Jul 31 2011, 12:54 AM) What the hell is happening ? The LG Optimus pad retails at RM 2,119 ? just because of its 3D features and u need a 3d glasses for that. And with 1,500 mAh battery power with all that features it will drain the device fast Courtesy : http://www.soyacincau.com/2011/07/30/the-l...omes-to-celcom/ QUOTE The LG Optimus Pad retails for RM2,199 outright. Celcom is offering it for as low as RM1,668 with a data plan contract. They are two plans two choose from for the tablet: Celcom Broadband Basic offers 4GB of data a month for RM68/month Celcom Broadband Advance with 6GB of data a month for RM98/month Celcom is currently offering a 12-month RM10 monthly rebate for both plans as well. Based on the rebate, we assume the contract term is for 12 months. We can’t find any additional information about the service plans for Optimus Pad on Celcom’s website at time of writing (Great job running the site Celcom. Awesome stuff!). This gives a hint about the marketing plans for SGT perhaps...not very impressive tho This post has been edited by coolcrave: Jul 31 2011, 01:31 AM |

The battery size alone (which is similar to those smartphones) will kill off the LG Pad

QUOTE(lawyerz @ Jul 30 2011, 10:49 PM) ![]() There's my very sexy slim tab 10.1. and there's that very big manufacturing screen defect. Consider waiting for the 2nd batch after they fixed this issue - and if you google it, it seems like a widespread problem. Its called "Newton" rings. in order to beat ipad2 thickness, samsung make the tab very thin hence not much ventilated space to draw out the heat plus the screen to near to heat generated places. |

I'm quite sure its AP. At that premium price, unless the person is a die hard Samsung Android fan... Else why not considered import from overseas or other brand? Remember that this just a tablet and not a laptop...
