went to service center yesterday, holy mother... i keep thinking my office is the most messy. they don't even have motorola, brightstar or service center sign, only "handphone repair shop" sign, that you can see all over pertama, with ugly grill using solex to lock. arrived at 9:15am, apparently they are the only service center to start at 10am. no counter, only 2 writing tables, and one girl damn busy arranging stuffs that i have to wait solid 10 minutes for her. then when i start showing her my phone, she got distracted due to stuff that she still need to do.
cannot repair due to CNY and she advise me to send in after 30th. cannot wait and go buy new phone. i'm selling it on ebay now.
call sunway pyramid number, nobody pick up, call mobile number in imcc website, he gave me the guy's mobile. then call and ask, said will get back to me. after 8 hours no news, call again and ask how long will he take just to ask his HQ whether got stock or not. so this time he sms me in 5 minutes will send it the next day. come day after tomorrow, got Defy battery instead of Defy+ battery, even tell him specifically "saya mau itu 1700ma punya, bukan defy punya" when i pay him.
now motorola (beside lg and sony) is in my blacklist. come on lah, at least ask those people at phoneworx to tidy up their office lah.
you went to which service center? The PhoneWorx i went is in Sunway and it definitely doesn't look like anything you've just described
