I think certain things need to re-work on the v3 post. Besides CM7 and MIUI, there are probably 2 more custom ROMS worth flashing, the stock GB and the BB CM7/MIUI. I vote for the other custom ROMs to be taken out.
*
agreed..also update the CM7 version icon_rolleyes.gif

problem is, Motorola ROMs sure come with some Moto stuffs which tends to lag the phone. luckily the ROMs here are not Motoblur, but still with all the Moto stuffs that i dislike using.

if you read Cyanogen Mod concept, they take the vanilla android ROM and add stability/speed and customisability to the ROM, basically souping up a standard ROM to be a better performing ROM. you can still have the vanilla ROM feel with the correct launchers, but at the end of the day, the Android advantage is it's ability to customise everything. if you're not gonna customise anything and happy being vanilla, better buy iPhone....at least ppl will go, wah....ANOTHER iphone user tongue.gif
*
don't talk about i-phong here please!!! haha
just wanna try out Gingerbread if they can give more battery life..
i really meally not into all the blur stuffs, i even spoil my flipout last time just because want to delete the motoblur thingy..
personally, so far the best for my defy is cyanogen because of the speed..maybe thumbup.gif

wouldn't this make the Defy bulky?...kinda like otterbox?..

*
QUOTE(TAGreptiles @ Aug 5 2011, 11:05 AM)
good ah?
i dropped my defy on tar road. doh.gif the casing underpart scratched a bit. Now i think i better buy casing. I rather buy it locally than order from ebay lo. coz its gonna cost a bomb with shipping and all... doh.gif
*
yupp a bit bulky..but my defy still handsome with that ammo suite..
i've droped it about 1 meter height on tar road before..nothing happened..not a scratch..
if u dunt mind to bulk up ur phone with a double layer protection, just give it a try smile.gif

Added on August 5, 2011, 12:10 pmjust wondering, anybody using otterbox here?
