im using divider for the ram, so what do u think, this is the far my ram can go? its already reach the limit?

consider the ram oredy reach its limit. btw why not you increase your cpu-nb clock,
still can gain performance apart of increase the ram speed.. if you are using BE proc,
try increase the cpu-nb speed. else, try list your spec here. hard to suggest...

you can increase the fsb so the cpu-nb will increase as well. its the best if you can get the proc at
3.6Ghz above and the cpu-nb clock near 2600Mhz ram @ 1600 CL9 is ok edy.

the max stable i can oc my unlock 4 core processor is 3.4Ghz, but if without unlock can get 3.6Ghz, but for now im just using stock setting, but at 3.4Ghz setup my ram option will be 90+, 12++, 15++ & 17++, its look like when i oc my processor & ram will follow too, thats are the different between BE & non BE processor

that was the way we OC our proc. increase the fsb, ram, HT link and cpu-nb all will increase.
thats why need to set the HT link below 2Ghz, set the ram at lower divider but remain the
proc clock and cpu-nb at highest clock. BE proc, we can increase the cpu multi and cpu-nb speed
by just increase the cpu-nb multi, much easier.

i still using FSB on BE proc so that can get various speed ram.

if set ram to lower divider example 800 - 1333 & push cpu-nb to highest clock then ram speed will increase?

this is stupid question i think, which one good, mix Corsair 2x4GB + Kingston 2x1GB total 10GB or just use corsair 2x4GB total 8GB only?

used only 2x4gb more better than mix 2x4gb + 2x1 because it make bottleneck...
n i think this memory can't run dual chanell...CMIIW
so kingston don't be used... n bring to me

the ram speed + cpu-nb speed will increase when you increase the fsb a.k.a HTT
the purpose of lowering the ram divider is to achieve higher proc clock
so the ram wouldn't be the culprit of any unstable issue because oredy know your ram limit

if not in the aircond room then your system has a very low temp there

just use 2 identical ram --> 4GbX2 Corsair

just use the highest speed @ CL9. don't go over CL9. else, find other ram

i think need to find other ram as im pretty sure CL11 is the far that this ram can go with 1800..the only speed i can manage to get CL8 is 1100 , feel disappointed Corsair Vengeance performance only this kind of level..

vengeance is like low end gskill ripjaws x series, oc mileage is kinda limited. but to be fair to 'em, their pricin are quite close to value ram so one better dont expect too much. gone were d days where we pay peanuts & get good stuffs, like those old skool kvr (with quite oc'able chips) days.

so winova is a good ram to oc? feel like want to buy this ram

not a super good but for me, its a good choice as its cheap.
