by the way, HTC is a bad feng shui as well.
accident may happen due to not strategic location.

get a unit in country height damansara, tropicana or stay in the deep jungle (make sure no development nearby)...

bro... better don't start feng shui topic here. cos i did put a lot of effort into understanding feng shui. there is no such thing as bad feng shui. feng shui is about harmonizing and balancing each element. the place might be bad to you or certain ppl due to their elements of feng shui but might be good for me cos my DOB has that element. so... no such thing as bad feng shui there. if u ask around, ppl will say house facing north ain't good. but do u know why? and do u know that is not applicable in Malaysia especially in West Malaysia.

i prefer block 2 cos it's nearer to guard house. block 1 is good cos nearer to playground. but i prefer block far away from main road.

nope. lots of those typical ppl always say facing South is good. but it depend on Individual. maybe the guru advice u to take West Direction Property because good for u. hmm... i have no comment on facing hill. but preferable back-face hill and front-face lake. Lake and not waste-lake. but all feng shui can change depending on the object u put in the house.

i'm not too sure on the rental. u know la... agent will tell wonders. i'm expecting around 700-900 (conservative price). but the few owners has been playing with the pricing. today say this price. when wanna confirm, tomorrow jack-up the price. sienz.
