i noticed something
it somehow is using more ram
last time around 1XXmb RAM only...around 200 already high
now its running around 3XX as standard...using half
the asus task manager always have things running despite i clear it

and the WiFi file explorer doesn't seem to working smoothly with the new ICS

when you charging the tablet, press the on button, will the screen on for a while then off back?

hm... Sygic not work after upgrade to ICS 4 ...

You just need to update to new version of sygic that support ICS.

if u guys have the disappearing icons problem on your homescreen, try this fix:

This problem is due to some widget, try to find the troubling widget and then uninstall it, and reinstall the latest version if possible. i had a problem with beautiful widgets and i was completely surprised it was the cause of this - after uninstalling it and then reinstalling the latest version, all is well. I was able to trigger the disappearing icons problem many many times before this - now I never had it not even once after this "fix". you guys should try finding out which widget is causing the problem. good luck.

so far no disappearing icon on home screen..

but notice some icon join together in folder. 2 in 1 pair.

just move it out then ok.

anyone noticing lag when playing youtube hd video with the youtube app after the ics update

4.0 alot of bugs.....big issue= always restart/ loading on start up

Sounds like the 4.0.3 OTA also has Sleep Of Death - a widespread problem of the Galaxy Nexus. I didn't realize they were the same thing! Yeah I always found it weird that the TF101 would be off.

I've not encountered the random restarts on the TF101, though - my HTC Desire has random restarts usually when I am pushing a new APK or playing certain games, but not the Sleep Of Death.

and also the battery drains very fast.. after came back from work, it cant be turned on again and need to charge to turn it on.

issue so far that i have with ICS:
random restart
restart and hang at loading(the circle thing stopped moving on the "ASUS" screen)
video playback stutters, on youtube and on 720p playback(apparently ICS have lower video playback performance?)

other then that it is very good to use.. but i am think of flashing back the HC..

try to off ur wifi b4 u leave it for long hours..wifi is the culprit

or i think there's a setting in the Wifi advance menu, turn off wifi when screen is off or something, try enable that, will save a lot of battery

guys, i need your help~

my bro's Eee pad seems to hang or locked~
i cant seems to use my finger to tab on the icon, the icon not working or locked~

but when i rotate it, the screen still can rotate by itself~

is there any button that may have been pressed to locked it or anything to solve the problem~

if touching the screen does nothing just press and hold the power button until it shuts down then power it back up again by pressing the power button for a while till it powers up.

thats joining icons into making a folder right?
thats one of the new feature of ics..
the ability to make folders by joining icons together, as many as 9 i've tries..
tidies up the main screen..

i remembered i turned it off.. maybe the alarm? i think after i turned off the alarm, i didnt do anything to it (my current practise since honeycomb) and i think the screen didnt turn off by itself or still stay awake..

Added on March 7, 2012, 9:04 amsame issue.. out of sudden, when i played it again, it is in the "ASUS" screen.. and need to turn off and turn on again to restart..

i think ICS play the HD videos become very slow and laggy..
i just click to uncheck the HD at left bottom corner to play the normal quality video.. this is quite annoying also.. haha
