seems that battery in new thinkpad model is non removable. but, is it replaceable if faulty?
*
Yes. No glue or any nonsense holding the battery down. All you need is a phillips-head screwdriver.
Some models on Lenovo website include a "3yr sealed battery add-on" warranty upgrade for additional RM1, so you can get a new battery installed for free within 3 years of purchase if your battery loses charge capacity in that time.

X390 running Fedora 30. Last time I tested 100% to 50% battery around 4.5hrs with browsing, coding (no compiling though) and a bit of bluetooth (320kbps mp3, aptX codec) music streaming to headphones. So a full 100% to 0% sitting should, in theory, get to the 9hr mark. This is without any TLP or undervolting. I just let the OS do it's thing. Fedora is already known for it's battery optimizations compared to other GNU/Linux distros. Waiting for Fedora 31 to be released next month before attempting any advanced power saving scripts or setting battery charge thresholds. One thing to note; if you're on Linux (full install over entire drive, not dual boot), you need to go to the BIOS and in the Thunderbolt settings you must enable the "Allow BIOS to manage Thunderbolt" or similar (forgot the exact name, but it's easy to find) setting. If you don't set that, the Thunderbolt I/O will have excessive wakeups and drain battery fast on Linux. Lastly, make sure to update BIOS and EC via fwupdmgr (or Gnome Software Center). Certain firmware updates via from LVFS/fwupd are Linux exclusive and aren't available on Vantage/Windows or the Lenovo support site. Also depends on the user to some extent. I've used Linux for long time, so I'm confident I can get most Intel laptops (no AMD or Nvidia) to last longer on Linux than Windows with the correct tweaks.
should i include nvidia graphic card? i think i will not play any games in this laptop.

does watching youtube, netflix or play movie from local file will stress the cpu which better to include the graphic card?

Just noticed it today that LAN is very different between T480 and T480s altho they from the same family

T480s have more brighter color that fill up the LAN transparent cable head. I was awe when look at it just now.
T480 have the usual blinking dim LAN led on laptop

Finally replaced the ugly Lenovo boot logo with something a bit more proper. Sorry for the bad quality pics. My main phone was charging upstairs so I just grabbed an old prepaid phone and shot in the dark.
