Rm500k at least in 3.5 years, wow that is 1100psf, where is this Pangaea? Somewhere near klcc?

Huat ah, jangan tak huat ah. tongue.gif I dunno about u guys but I also feel the price that cyberjaya is offering is dirt cheap for high rise. no? I didnt buy pangea but bought skypark. everything give. ID, tv, microwave etc with dibs at rm280k. landed in cyber is expensive. no doubt about that but i think soon will be justifiable.

Skypark huat liao lo, logically the price you pay today .. in 2017 definate consider very reasonable la.

Which phase u bought? If u compare SOHO psf price and service apartment psf, if not mistaken got appreciation already

Duplex soho, i believe you bought after me, IIRC, from the postings. What's the appreciation at the moment? Has your deposit cheque cleared?

I forgot already but someone did mentioned the psf price after discount between the two. I paid using bank draft, bro. I was told december only developer will ask to find financier. I am quite worried because bnm could come out with new rules etc. heard commercial title also 70% loan only soon. true ahhh?
