I see, thanks for your reply.
Did you try recording 1080p video directly to the MicroSD card, to test about the writing speed is able to catch up with the recording or not.
I bought a SanDisk Class4 16GB for my GF's Samsung Galaxy SL, when she records 720p the video appears to be choppy, not serious but it stuck for 1 second after each 10 seconds intervals during playback. Transferred to PC and it is still stuttering on every 10s interval.
Not sure it is the phone capability issue or the card.

Ok la for you... i purposely go record 1080p superfine quality to microsd card. No choppy at all... i guess it's the dual core that matters smile.gif

Lol, one of my friend in SG went to JB to get the SGS2 from Maxis Roadshow. He said that he's the 1st to queue there at 5:30AM, he don't want to be the 1st to buy so he waited... until 8:30AM then only came the 2nd person... doh.gif

using sandisk 32gb class 4 also, no problem with playback thumbup.gif

hmm what video player you guys used? i tried playing steins;gate, mkv 273mb 23:38mins and it lags doh.gif with mvideoplayer, not sure it's due to the subtitles or not

then i tried with other players, i noticed that rockplayer, if you choose hardware decoding, the video quality will be very nice and smooth but it will lag, but if you choose software, then the video quality will be distorted and texture abit out, but it doesnt lag doh.gif anyone experience this?

Installing Villian now as we speak smile.gif

I got to ask you this:
I tried to push email via K9 but unable to. There is another forumer who gave me instruction and I followed through 100% (am using Yahoo) but for some reason, not able to connect to server for IMAP yahoo.

Did I miss out anything?

Also, stock email has push email for all (Yahoo, Live etc) right?
*
Yup, I've done that and working flawlessly.

i rarely clear the memory. just after the lag in gallery i tried ony.. btw im just using internal memory. because before this, very fast when opening the gallery now it seems to take forever. last time it was only first time. now is like almost everytime. sad.gif

about the imei, i meant was custom rom will not show our imei like the stock rom rite? cause i checked in the service menu, it is not available.
*
It will show the IMEI no does not matter which ROM you're using unless your have corrupted EFS folder.

yea i find it weird too, mp4 no prob playing, i googled and found that if u use mp4 then the gpu acceleration will be enabled shakehead.gif

it's not that is lags, at first it plays smooth, then when it hits parts of the show where there's high bitrates, the video/audio will start to lose sync shakehead.gif
