Hey Guys -
Any comments on why Simphony Hills houses are more expensive than Sejati Residence. For eg. SH Shubert 3,132 sq.ft. (link house) is priced around 1.56 Mil. compared Sejati Link house which is around 3,800 sq. ft. and its only priced at 1.4 mil. Whats the catch in Sejati? OR whats great about SH? Thanks, Ek. |

SH provides big rebates so price is lower than sejati.

I thought Sejati link house already sold out?
Price slowly creeping up.. I bought Symphony hills semi-D, and that time SH is slightly cheaper than Sejati. I picked SH becos of the concept, not the price. u getting one? haha, Symphony Hills is nicer than East Ledang. I don't really like those boxy architecture.
