Yup..waiting for loan approval..no idea on schubert's sales..but 3rd phase schumann quite slow since dev hiked the price to 1.686 from 1.415..

East Ledang and Symphony Hills r quite similar in term of development and design.

Last phase of Semi-D in East Ledang was sold at RM2.2mil. Semi-D in Symphony Hills is also from RM2.2mil.

This was the main reason I vested in Cyberjaya first before the price of Cyber starts to sky rocket lol rclxms.gif

I always wonder why Singaporean buy Johor, many of them without kids loh.

Last weekend Horizon Hill launches 22 x 75 RM 800k WITHOUT DIBS. Singaporean also SAPU.

People keep talking KL bubble, Johor like lagi crazy. Haha.

Sporeans can easily use those properties as weekend home, retirement home and its within easy driving distance from Singapore. It is a logical choice to look first into Johor.

Singaporean like to go JB makan, buy grocery, massage, pump petrol, etc, over the weekend... now Legoland and Kitty land opened, more ppls go in..... tongue.gif
