Anyone knows when is Mozart's completion date? Is there any delay?

long time din visit liao lor... dunno how is the progress...

I'm waiting for the new revised VP date. Once I get the details, I'll share here.

In the meantime, if anybody free this weekend, do come to Symphony Hills. We CNY celebration. 10 am to 5 pm.

No dibs. If there's delay more than the duration in the SPA, developer surely pay lad.

Huhu...no special discount but whoever eyeing for Schumann2 & Beethoven better act fast because they will be increase in price.

I've seen units in renovations but did not see anyone living yet. Maybe got coz who knows during the day go to work, cannot see.

Developer will compensate u if they delay.

UEM can afford to increase the price if they make the development top notch.

Good to know tht units are under renovation, atleast symphony hills will not be another ghost town in cyberjaya.

Wow....many ownstayers? Are u working nearby ciber? I think ciber jus lack of nice dev last 10yrs...with more good choices ard now, no of ownstayer should surge. But then i guess many cant wait dpulze to operate....progress damn slow.

Does anyone have update regarding expected VP data for Beethoven ph#2? Recently my wife been to SH and one of sales agents told her it's going to be "very soon, in few months". WTH? "few months" again? First we were told January, then March....
