what music are you listening to - mp3s, lossless, youtube? what is the thing that's making you unsatisfied - too much/too little bass, lack of clarity, static noise?

are you listening via speakers, earphones or headphones?

off hand at rm100 budget, you're better off looking at a new earphone or headphone rather than an amp.

mostly i'm listening to mp3 music. i'm unsatisfied with lack of bass n clarity.

Looking for an amp that can deliver 1-2 watts into each channel. SS, tube or hybrid, doesn't matter, but SS preferably. Budget is around RM1K (not sure if there is one in this price range.)

Currently looking at Hifiman EF2A and NFB12.1. Need more suggestions.

i'm having a new tube amp in, its within your budget but enough power to drive or not is another matter...

i planning to pair an amp for my dacport lx and dt770 250 ohm, i think my current tube amp is the weak link of the whole build, might want to improve this point

If you can stretch a little more, the TTD will offer more. If you want to use the TTD with your iPad / iPod / iPhone, you will need to get a LOD.
