during back days? but hmm this new routine got me to thinking of moving deadlifts to a whole day for itself, maybe plus some accessory work, since its a 3 day per week program.. i dont feel like giving up heavy deads too haha, dammit!

if you think dropsets works for you, by all means do it. everyone is different, so not all methods works for everyone. there are no 'best' methods, either.
