myself have been at it 2 years (i think dan as well?), DL should be around 10 years, alpha is at 16 years.

weight lifting is a lifestyle change. get used to going to the gym at least 3 times a week and you're well on your way to progress.
whats your goal and stats? you want to lose weight first or get heavier?

Truth. Can't speak for all, but if I cut now to your weight I'll look stick thin. Maybe once I have more lean mass I'll do it.

You were once at 90kgs right? I can barely reach 80kg (just a kg short as of last night) and I'm slightly taller than you. Long ways to go!

its good to change it up once a while. GVT is a nice quick program that you can switch in between heavy routines.

blasting high reps,high volume all the way with moderate weight
i thought its the best way for hypetrophy

well, change it up every once a while. doing different rep ranges does wonders to overcome plateaus.

Doesn't necessarily has to be 10x10. Lots of different rep ranges you can do, which I'm planning to. Slightly hybrid gvt. But its still 100 reps..

If that isn't high volume I don't know what is.

Basically what alpha and dl is saying don't sacrifice poundages for the sake of volume. End of the day, lifting heavier weights as you progress is the one thing you must keep in mind.

I do think gvt can be easily abused, since it involves so much reps, people tend to take the easy way out and use baby weights.

That's because you do insane number of reps. Myself average around 20 or slightly lower including warm ups. Around 1.5 hours in and out as well.

if you think dropsets works for you, by all means do it. everyone is different, so not all methods works for everyone. there are no 'best' methods, either.

This one plenty lol. No comments. Mostly all young fellas la normally.

However there are a few fellas that ticks me off. Does deadlifts and squats, which is good; but everytime they do it its as though they're hard as f***s. Can't stand those types really..
And no, not particularly heavy weights. If they can do a set and still joke around right after I don't think they're lifting heavy at all.
