If it was me, if the pain is bearable then I would rest, if its really painful or gets more painful the next day then I would go see a doc..

Seriously, what's with the recent posts about using really light weights for beginners? I get it about starting light but this is simply ridiculous. When I first started I have db curled 5kg for 20+ reps and I was weak as hell..

Last I checked this was a bodybuilding section of the forums.

i think they meant the full day's meals. try adding more portions on everything from now on. to gain weight, there's no other way than to just eat more, its that simple.

today was back day for me. deadlifts as final exercise. i have finally learned how it feels like to fail on deadlifts, not funny lol. i was seeing bright lights for a full 5 seconds. was just standing there holding my head up. couldnt lock the 4th rep 140kg DL. now i have a headache, and slightly nauseous unsure.gif

That's the thing about form, most people don't like it when they are adviced that their form is off. Most are convinced that they are lacking a supplement of some sort. Most won't restart to square one to fix their form either.

Those two would probably be chugging shakes next week. And the gym owner would be the one selling it to them lol.

Been tagging along with my gym mates for the past week doing their routines lol. Refreshing to have spots and going really really heavy with more than 5 forced reps without any worries of pinning yourself. Postponed gvt because I'm enjoying myself so much.

Doing heavy negatives for bench press is still absurdly scary...
