Well, there is ONE fella I know who did 2x BW bench here lol. I admire your dedication to sticking to your routines man. Rock solid discipline. I'm more to adjusting my training days to fit into my work and social schedules.
Guess I'm not the hardcore weightlifter yet, more like sponge casual type haha..

its gonna be a blast training. i'll make sure to pick his brain with a shovel lol. now come to think of it, if its a quiet week i DO have a schedule, lol. just this new GVT thing thrown everything out of order i just cant remember anymore. 2 more weeks till im done with it zz
