I am very encouraging and very nice. Just that i have a pissed off expression on my face because I prep before a lift. A hot naked girl walking right in front of me will not even distract me a little bit. I say this without a doubt. No time for checking out women in gym.
On a note, I think my lower back rehabilitation is getting better. I will try squatting again in 1-2 week's time. Just doing leg extensions and hamstrings are very pathetic. I really regret pushing myself to the limit on deadlifts last time. This is a case where lesson learnt is not beneficial. Prevention was better than cure.
