I wonder why you guys doing row,90 degree or 45 degree
i follow darkie style,90 degree and i feel i get the width and my lats work
but some guy just swear by 45 degree it says lower stress however i feel different part being hit
and there's a few version out there
*
There's no fixed rule in bodybuilding. Dorian Yates swears by 45 degrees, hence the name Yates Rows, other people swear by a strict 90 degrees. Do what hits your targeted area the hardest.

There's a nice restaurant called My Elephant at Section 17. It's Thai. Good stuff.
I'm trying to cut more. Tough as hell.

Hmm, had the similar experience with Pendlay rows, despite having parallel to ground and no rounding in the back, as the load increases, I start to get slight lower back pain. Then I started to change it to around 45-60 deg, much better indeed  smile.gif

Lol... I just had that, at the Hartamas branch. Yep, their food is really savoury. Though I put some precaution to their spicy dishes.. because I will eventually get tummy ache after consuming something very spicy.
*
Lol I've got Thai blood so my family thrives on spicy food. We have to have cili Padi and belacan with every meal.

Added on August 25, 2011, 2:18 pmSeems the Section 17 branch tastes better. The original chef is there.

Hey guy, I first time take casein. Is it normal that it hard to dissolve when mix with water? I feel like swallowing clump :S
*
QUOTE(Alphaproject @ Aug 28 2011, 09:22 AM)
you shake, not stir..... btw morning guise!!!!
*
Correct. You need to shake it and you'll produce a thick, creamy white liquid. Then swallowing becomes easier. Wait......

QUOTE(Shenay @ Aug 28 2011, 05:39 PM)
Hello peeps, newbie here. Hopefully its okay to ask for your opinions. I've just recently joined the gym because I needed to exercise more, feeling too lazy. Anyway, I'm contemplating if I should sign up for a personal trainer to jump start (its tough in the beginning, no?). My main concern is to build a little strength in my arms (really weak arms) & hopefully get a more tonned stomach. But I can only afford to sign up like 8 sessions (1 hr/session), do you think it'll be enough or am I wasting my cash? Don't really have weight problem, more like I have too little muscles sad.gif
*
If you want one you'd better pick a damn good one. There're quite a few in my gym at True Fitness Jaya 33. I'm ok with the concept of hiring one but he/she has to know their stuff inside out. Use the 8 sessions to glean as much knowledge as you can from that trainer so that you'll be independent enough to train on your own.

Dudes, i need some tips & help in picking a weight gainer. I'm currently underweight (54kg 170cm) and planning to head the gym soon.

I was recommended and planning on buying True Mass to start my body building training but I'm still not sure. I don't even have a clue on when to take the shake,is it after or before workout. Let's just say that I don't have any clue/knowledge on body building :/

Do help a fella here yea?

Guys, I've got something to ask about. Let's say we're training HIT. We'd work up to a max bench or say 225. And a one set all out to failure.

But if we're training HVT, how do we proceed with it? If we're going to do 3 sets of it. 225 x 3 sets.

If we were already to fail at the 8th rep by the first set. Logically speaking by the 2nd set and the 3rd set we'll be able to squeeze out maybe 6 and 4 respectively.

How do we go along the lines of HVT?
*
HIT is crap unless for deloading.

Pardon me if I got it wrong, because from when I went for my Xray and MRI for my shoulder previously , those who conducted it weren't doctors.

There are radiologists which are specialists and radiographers which are not doctors but specialize in using radiology equipment.
