have a paper at 9am. another at 9 tomorrow and another at 2.30 on friday and I'm done with my finals. 2 weeks break of training. Well deserved one since I haven taken a break to recover completely for like 4 months.

body's feeling extremely re-energized. Can't wait to get back to training on Friday with Legs. Hee

First time I took No-Xplode, made me feel like I was walking on water, I had to force myself to rest between sets. Literally, FORCED myself to stop. Felt like I could fly sleep.gif

Guys, I got my promera Concrete the other day and I have a tub of Optimum Nutrition Creatine 2000g that is still unopened. Would anyone be interested to take it off my hands?

Noted - they dont have 2000g in Msia, I got it from BB.com a month or so back. I'm based in Ipoh, so guys from Ipoh can COD with me directly. Guys from other places, I can try to arrange and see if COD is available but if not, I'd post it over no problem.

I'm worried about having cramps while doing my set and die under the weight than cortisol, it won't affect you so much you lose all your muscles. And besides, if you're worried about raising your cortisols from working too long, I bet you're also going out of your way to avoid all kinds of conflicts and anxiety causing matters.

As a matter of fact, training legs at 8.30, was supposed to train legs ytd, but changed it to chest/biceps cuz I haven been sleeping since 9pm the day before due to my last paper.

It's holiday time for me and time to train insane

Lol. Identical to my routine. But I warm with 10 reps. Subsequent working sets between 3to 8 reps. Blew chunks today after a 2 week layoff. Had to man up, as sick as I felt, down my shake and finish up. I was as catabolic as I can get when I blew them chunks.

I see you posting all over the BB section asking all sorts of things and all of it only immediately showed that you have never took the time nor effort to look at the stickies nor try to understand anything that you're doing from the stickies or the internet for that matter.

Take the time to understand the deadlift before you ask something like this. We can help correct your form, your technique, but we cannot spoon feed you. That's the norm of not only here but every where, I think I even read that rule somewhere.
