Picture freestyle swimming, that's exactly what he was doing. I don't think he got much unilateral training done there. tongue.gif

Oh well. Then I have no comment on your routine. It'd be interesting to see someone climb stairs with their hands pulling themselves up instead of walking up

chill guys, not everyone is informed when they start out. i wasnt doing legs for a good 6 months when i started out lifting weights. didnt think it mattered since i usually wear long pants anyways. knee pain too.

i think it was when i saw my pics during a beach holiday and read up on the fact that doing legs actually releases a lot of GH which contributes greatly to growth that i started doing them.

same thing for compounds, think i only started after a year of lifting consistently

sad.gif I've been training for 10 months now, first 5 months, i didn't know wtf i was doing. blush.gif

guys, i don't know if im doing the right change for my routine. before this i included incline bicep curl in my routine. but now i've replaced that with preacher curl. is this a wise decision?
*
Has it made your biceps smaller or made you work less? If not, keep going with it. Changing things up is a good way to keep things interesting.

alright, will stick with it, as i find preacher curl is more interesting and giving more pump.  smile.gif
*
Inclines has more ROM while preacher really isolates, both are tools to stimulate the muscle. Both are useless if you can't feel your muscle working

even at arm days i do 20 sets for triceps then skip the god damn biceps tongue.gif
preacher doesnt work shit for me
straight curl bar yes
i train my biceps like 2 weeks once ,since its small muscle couldn't less bother it
but its time to do some work on it
i think i genetically dont have a biceps peak...
*
genetics play a role, but it's not everything. Lower the weights on your bicep routine, and focus on just lifting the weight up with your bicep, and squeezing at the top and slowly lowering it down. Focus on your form, focus on the movement of your muscle, focus on working your muscle. The technique is very important

and one more thing, 20 sets of triceps, is overkill

2 plates, means 2 plates EACH SIDE. which means 225.

not 1 on each side, that's 1 plate, 135

The bar is 45 lbs. Standard Olympic Bar that is.

220 at 58 kg is an incredible feat. How long you've been lifting? Like mike said, we'd love to see a video man. Strong numbers mate

It's personal preference IMO. Don't matter to me. If one is speaking plates to me, I speak plates back, If one is speaking weight to me, I speak weight back.
