put some ice on it and rest. should be fine tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow. Wrong sleeping posture. Strained neck of some sort, I get that a lot due to long hours facing the computer. Stiff neck according to my chiro.

Positive is when you're lifting it, and negative is when you are letting the weight going back to it's starting position

I'm 20 minutes in. And I'm calling it quits. I pulled my hamstring on my first set of squats. I pushed through 4 sets of leg press but it's just bothering me way too much.

Calluses is probably what he's dealing with. The bulk of us, have thick ass calluses on our palms. Eventually you'd just get use to it. Don't sweat it.

When he mentioned holding on to dumb bells, that explains why alpha mentioned straps

Squats involve a lot whole lot of your body working together, it is very taxing on your system. If your cardiovascular health isn't that good, it's going to be quite tough for some time.

You feel awfully winded because of the lack of oxygen in your brain. Remember what muscles does the squat work? At that moment of squatting, your heart is pumping all kinds of blood to those region, oxyhaemoglobin <-- rmb this from biology?

I have new found respect for darklight. I didnt get enough sleep the day before yesterday and I'm still tired today, but I trained anyway but chose only chest and nothing else. God damn, poundages dropped, reps dropped. Weak as f*ck.

You're a beast Darklight.

On a sidenote, I ain't gonn train with sleep lacking ever again.

Yea i get what you mean, but im not trying to get buffed up like most of you guys are, im just trying to broaden up my shoulder a little bit  hmm.gif

QUOTE(razorboy @ Jun 13 2011, 06:49 PM)
if you still insist on only working your shoulders,  a shit load of shoulder presses and side raises/lateral raises would do the trick. But it's not an overnight thing so try not to just go for a week and expect it to get too big eh  thumbup.gif

Don't forget the rear delts. They deserve more attention than they get. Throw in some reverse flyes or face pulls.

Phil took the night show. Jay's got 24 hours to do something about it. But if Phil is able to keep this conditioning, We have a new Mr.Olympia. His lower lat development is nuts

It was all Phil just now. If he keeps this up tomorrow, the title is his.

Kai just kinda lost it towards the end. Wolf overpowered him completely standing next to him.

Jay is wide as f*ck. I always thought Hide was a big guy. He looked small with Brandon Curry in the lineup

I was riddled with injuries easily 8-10 months out of the first year and couldn't get any consistency.  sad.gif

But yeah, about 2 years since I first picked up a dumbbell.  smile.gif
