have you?

i personally feel they'll just take ure advice for granted. And no point giving them a lesson, cause they'd complain to the management and get you into trouble.

Dude, you need to speak up. Foreigners or not its just plain bad manners to do what they did.

so u mean it should be stick in and not flare out ?
*
What I mean is, u want to keep your elbows close, but u can't, hence, too much weight. And like janson said, how you row, hits different parts, how you grip, hits different parts too.

spine and joint specialist are those doctor who do xray those kind right?
*
.....

those who do xray are not doctors, those could be medical officers, doctos are either orthopaedics since we're talking x-rays.

A chiropractor need NOT see an X- Ray. Open up yellow pages and give one nearest to you a call, go for a session then you know

Pardon me if I got it wrong, because from when I went for my Xray and MRI for my shoulder previously , those who conducted it weren't doctors.

Yes... just came back from workout smile.gif))

You going to failure with your sets man? Enough intensity? Ignore what weight your friend does, you use weights that bring YOU to failure. It is YOUR body you're training.

nowadays I always feel pain after chest, tricep, bicep and leg workout. Back, shoulder traps dont feel much soreness and this is my weak bodypart. How guys ? Help biggrin.gif
*
Shoulders are really difficult to really feel sore unless you got it right with the intensity, your traps and back, do you squeeze at the top of the rep ?

Apart from that, how long have you been on this routine? It might be just your body getting used to it.

I read the scooby workout website saying that is important too... how to train this connection a?
*
Focus on the squeeze and contraction of the muscle being worked. Never throw the weight up, use the specific muscle to work the weights. Dont let the weights control you, you control the weights

This condo gym has only the pulldown machine and chess press machine but I can't find any tutorial that is exactly same as the chess press machine to check whether I am doing the right things or not, the only tutorial I can find is the pulldown machine... by the way how should I start if I don't do the DTP...
*
Follow twinmuscleworkout and scotthermanfitness in YouTube. Read on the DTP link I posted few pages back. Understand the concept before using it. You would learn how to drive and how the components work before you drive , why not do the same here?

And I suggest you join a proper gym bro.

QUOTE(kurtkob78 @ Sep 6 2011, 10:31 PM)
not sure how to squeeze .... i heard that the grip help in building back muscle. Care to explain ..

If been bb for 1 year. Stop for 1 year. Around July 2011 play back with iron. Always feel sore after chest, leg, bicep, tricep workout until now.
*
Pulling Movements, when you pull down, ARCH your back and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Rowing Movements, again, ARCH your back and squeeze your shoulder blades together

NEVER use momentum on your weight lifting. Always control the weight on the negative portion of the rep , Explode on the positive portion but NO MOMENTUM USAGE.

The lats CANNOT contract if your back is not arched. And besides, if you round your back training back, you're bound to be screwed.
