Why are some of you so caught up in gaining.weight? The mirror tells progress more than the weighing scale. I'm approaching 70kg on a cut..I use the mirror.

Heh....3 to 6 reps. Rest 2.5 to 3 mins. 3 sets per exercise. wink.gif
