Saw "Catarina" in iproperty. Subsale is RM370k to RM400k. Single storey.... What do all ur expect think?

Well, below 400k still can have a look, but my opinion is 2 storey (ayu....) is about 500k+ is more value buy. great location, just next to eco park and SCM mall. |
