hi tnang .. thanks for your reply.
What do you think of the location and quality of this project, vs Naza's Alam Impian? I work in KL city ... trying to find a nice g&g landed property. but location is a real headache with the jams and all |

i work in KLCC area :S
Setia Alam has schools, thats a plus but i look at Google Map and i think its further than Alam Impian. Went to see I&P Canting, but i didnt really like the design compared to Spira. |

bukit jalil houses such as Mutiara Jalil are at least 850k and above. Too expensive for me bro :S
Houses near my place here in Kuchai are either old and need lots of reno capital or expensive too. OUG/Happy Garden, all the nicer and newer ones also at least 750k above. Thats why looking further up. Not sure if its worth to travel so far .. looking at better environment for the kids as well. |
